Data Aggregation

Use our advanced crawling services to harvest data from the web or create data aggregation platfroms

Crawling as a service:

We provide a data aggregation service for clients to extract data that they need from crawled websites. The data may include listings, pricing, categories, reviews, etc.

Pricing differs based on the customised plans for each project

Project variables include:

The frequency of crawling

The number of websites crawled

The volume of data harvested

Crawling and Data aggregation platforms:

Firstly, we have built our first live data aggregation platform called Estate Searcher. This platform uses our engine and website template to gather data from various Real Estate Agents. The collected data is then structured and presented on the search engine. With listings currently at over 40.000, the site is expanding quickly.

We are proud to say that this project has won an award from the IDEA innovation centre.

We aim to use the engine and template to create new platforms for aggregating and indexing data. The ultimate goal is for users to find what they are looking for, all on one platform— eliminating the need to search on many websites.

Additionally, each platform can generate revenue using a model that suits its needs (e.g., affiliate revenue, advertising revenue, etc.).

How does web crawling work?

The web crawling process follows three main steps; Crawling, Scraping, and Data Structuring. Essentially, each step plays a part in searching for, extracting, and preparing needed data. Read more about the process here.

What data can be collected through crawling?

All websites with public data can be crawled.

What is web crawling used for?

Common uses of crawling include populating listings, competitor price monitoring, market research, and indexing.

In what format will crawled data be presented to clients?

The crawled data will be prepared into any custom format requested by each client.

What is the difference between crawling and data aggregation?

Data aggregation is the entire 3-step process of creating a means for crawled data to be displayed on unified platforms (with consent) in a real-time manner. The 3 steps of data aggregation include crawling, scraping and structuring. Some examples include marketplaces, indexing websites, search engines etc.
